Pro Lifetime is a one-time purchase. You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not made significant use of Pro features (more than 10 document generations or exports).
Email support@myhandwriting.org with the email address you used to sign in. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days via PayPal to the original payment method.
The Free tier has no payment and therefore no refund. Free-tier limits (5 lifetime generations) reset only by creating a new account.
